By downloading or using The Pig Trivia ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use The Pig Trivia.
The Pig Trivia is a trivia game set in a fictional animal hospital: you commit virtual "Dry Rub" toward treating patients and earn more Dry Rub for correct answers. "Dry Rub" is a virtual, in-game currency used only inside the app. Dry Rub has no real-world monetary value. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or paid out for money or anything of value. Committing Dry Rub is a game mechanic. We may adjust, expire, or reset Dry Rub balances, rewards, multipliers, ranks, and game rules at any time.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Choose an appropriate username — usernames appear publicly on the leaderboard and activity ticker. We may remove usernames or content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are abusive, offensive, or fraudulent. You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete Account.
The app offers optional in-app purchases, including a consumable Dry Rub pack ("Restock Dry Rub") and the "Doctor's Lounge" auto-renewing monthly subscription. Prices vary by country and are always shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
The app may show optional rewarded ads (via Google AdMob, non-personalized) in exchange for in-game benefits. Watching ads is never required to play.
Don't cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, automate, or attempt to manipulate balances, the leaderboard, rewards, or other players. Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content (including usernames). We may take action on reports and remove violating content.
Usernames are user-provided and shown to others. You can report offensive usernames in-app (long-press a leaderboard entry). We review reports and may remove content or accounts.
The app and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Some trivia content in the John Doe game mode is sourced from Wikipedia and licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0; it is attributed in-app and remains under that license. Trivia questions are for entertainment only — nothing in the app (including the "Medicine" category) is medical advice.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Trivia content may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of Dry Rub, progress, or data.
We may modify the app or these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or discontinue the app or your access at any time.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. The standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
