By downloading or using Fetch AI Keyboard ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
Fetch AI Keyboard is an iOS keyboard that inserts saved text and, when you tap an AI card, sends your text-field content with the card's instruction to an AI provider to generate a replacement. The app has no backend of its own — see the Privacy Policy.
AI features require an API key you obtain yourself from a supported provider (currently Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude). You are responsible for:
Generated text is produced by third-party AI models. It may be inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable — including live-information cards (weather, scores, prices, flights), which can be wrong or stale. Review everything before you send it. You are solely responsible for messages you send and content you publish, wherever the words came from. Nothing the app produces is professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Some cards and share-sheet actions (for example "vibe check," "check link," "got scammed," "bill decode," and any card that reviews or comments on a message, link, document, bill, or situation) provide an AI-generated opinion for general information only. They are not a security, fraud-detection, legal, medical, or financial service, and they are not a substitute for professional advice or your own judgment.
These features are unreliable by nature: the AI can miss a real scam, dangerous link, error, or risk, or wrongly flag something that is safe, and it will never certify that anything is genuinely safe, legitimate, or trustworthy. You must not rely on them to decide whether to trust a message or link, click, log in, pay, send money, share personal or financial information, or make any legal, medical, or financial decision. Always verify independently — directly with the relevant institution, professional, or official source. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk of using these features and we are not responsible for any loss (including financial loss, fraud, or identity theft) resulting from your reliance on their output.
The free tier includes a limited set of cards. "Fetch AI Pro" unlocks everything with a single Lifetime purchase — a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks Pro on your Apple ID. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. If you reinstall or move to a new device, use "Restore Purchases" to unlock again.
All sales are final except as required by law or Apple's refund policies. Prices may change; changes never affect an already-purchased lifetime unlock.
Don't use the app to generate or send content that is unlawful, or to harass, defraud, or impersonate others. Don't reverse-engineer the app or circumvent its purchase gating. Your use of AI providers through the app must also comply with their policies.
Prompt cards and snippets you create are yours. Prompt "packs" you import from others are used at your own discretion — review them before use.
The app, its design, and its built-in prompt library are owned by us or our licensors. These terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app or any AI output will be accurate, complete, timely, secure, or error-free. You use the app, and rely on anything it produces, entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we (and our owners, contributors, and licensors) will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, and any loss of money, data, goodwill, or other losses — even if advised of the possibility, and including any loss caused by relying on AI-generated content or analysis (such as "vibe check" or other safety-related features), by a scam, fraud, phishing, or malicious link the app failed to catch or mis-identified, by messages you send, or by fees charged by AI providers. You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the app or content you generate, send, or publish with it.
Where liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or US$10.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may modify the app or these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We may discontinue the app or any feature at any time.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. The standard Apple EULA also applies.
